Aruna Chakrala, MD

Aruna Chakrala, MD, is an internal medicine physician and the founder of First Health of Monroe in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Dr. Chakrala focuses on preventive care, emphasizing healthy habits like good nutrition and exercise, and encouraging patients to take a proactive approach to their well-being. 

Under her care, patients always receive compassionate, personalized care for their health concerns. For over two decades, patients have relied on Dr. Chakrala with all of their general health and wellness needs. 

Education plays an important role in Dr. Chakrala’s professional life. She completed her medical education at the Sri Venkateswaraa Medical College Hospital and Research Centre in India. She then moved to New Jersey to pursue her residency training in internal medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
